Purchasing Rights
Full/Exclusive Ownership:
3-5x Higher Price Per Page = Purchasing Full Complete Ownership to the original Design/Drawing/Illustration to use for Advertising, Merchandise, Books, Logo’s, etc. without having to pay a percentage to the Artist for Profits earned due to the Design/Drawing/Illustration.
Common with Corporate Contracts. Rare with Private Contracts.
Co Ownership:
Split Percentage of Any Profits earned due to the Design/Drawing/Illustration No matter how partial. Agreed Percentage will be discussed then presented in your contract.
